LEVERTON PARISH COUNCIL
MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF LEVERTON PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN LEVERTON VILLAGE HALL ON MONDAY 20 JUNE 2022
Present:

Public Forum
There were no members of the public in attendance.
22/52 Apologies
There were no absences.
22/53 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011
There were no declarations received.
22/54 Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 16 May 2022 be approved as a correct record of the meeting and be signed by the Chairman.
22/55 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council/Boston Borough Council
Cllr Bedford and Cllr Skinner gave verbal reports to update the council of matters in the borough and the county.
22/56 Issues relating to the Playing Fields, Potholes and the Environment of the Parish
Playing Fields
Mr Horwat confirmed that he had taken delivery of the bark chippings and a replacement backpack sprayer. He also confirmed that it could be a good year for fruit in the orchard. The clerk confirmed the inspection had been booked and that a date would be advised in due course.
Potholes
Council agreed that nothing significant was being done at the present time regarding the poor state of the roads.
Environment
The clerk confirmed that she had heard nothing further from Lincolnshire County Council regarding the village gateway signage therefore she would forward the email she had sent in the first instance to Cllr P Skinner to investigate.
22/57 Refurbishment of the Church Hall
The clerk confirmed that she was waiting for an update and would chase it up now the good weather was here.
22/58 Finance
It was RESOLVED to accept the payments as per the payment sheet 06/2022, details below:

22/60 Date and Time of the next Parish Council Meeting
The next Parish Council Meeting will be held on Monday 18 July 2022 beginning at 7.00pm. There being no further business to discuss, the Chairman thanked those in attendance and declared the meeting closed at 7.35 pm.
