MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF LEVERTON PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN LEVERTON VILLAGE HALL ON MONDAY 17 JUNE 2024

There were no members of the public in attendance.
24/44 Apologies
Apologies were received from Cllr D Durrant and Cllr P Bedford.
24/45 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011
There were no declarations of interest given.
24/45 To receive and approve the notes of the Council meeting held on Monday 20 May 2024
It was RESOLVED that the notes of the meeting held 20 May 2024 be approved as a record of the meeting and be signed by the Chairman.
24/46 Reports from Lincolnshire County Council/Boston Borough Council
Cllr P Skinner gave a verbal report regarding Lincolnshire County Council updates.
24/47 Issues relating to the Playing Fields, Potholes and the Environment of the Parish
Playing Fields
The inspection report had been received and it had been noted that the bark chippings were low and signage was required on the MUGA equipment. Cllr Horwat confirmed the bark chippings had now been topped up. The clerk suggested and members RESOLVED for a quotation to be sought from The Boston Sign Company for the MUGA signage
Potholes
Cllr Skinner encouraged members of the council to continue using FixMyStreet to report potholes
Environment
Cllr Self-Shutts and Cllr N White reported an ongoing issue with grass clippings being dumped on the grass triangle at the junction of Sheepgate and Davids Lane. The clerk confirmed she would report this on Flyswat.
